We created Parlourboard so that the world can discover, share and purchase brands that they love. To ensure Parlourboard is a safe space for our users to share and buy what matters to them, we’re asking you to respect each other, not spam each other and help us grow as a supportive community and marketplace.
We hope that you’ll respect these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in a deleted or disabled account, limited access or more.
We take copyrights seriously, so please only share content that you own, have rights to or have permission from the owners of that work to share.
Post photos that are appropriate for your communities
We respect that there are times and places for sharing nudity or mature content in your communities: artistic expression, advocacy, admiration, social or political statements, and more. For that reason we may choose to hide some content from public community spaces or delete others. We will remove content that is explicitly pornographic in nature.
We may limit certain violent or mature content in certain community spaces for the benefit of our brands and partners.
Spam and Community Spaces
Open community spaces are for the benefit of all users. We reserve the right to remove content that is purposefully spam or reported as off topic.
Hate Speech and Bullying
We want Parlourboard to be a place that is accepting to everyone. We will remove content that threatens other users with violence, hate speech, or threatens their personal well-being.
We will remove content that is used to organize support for violent groups or organizations that promote violence.
Attacks and Disclosure
We remove attacks on community members or users who purposely share private information publicly.
We will remove content used to sell or buy regulated goods, like drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms and other hazardous materials.
For the safety and benefit of all users we ask that you do not:
Access or tamper with our software system or any third parties systems related to us.
Reverse engineer our software.
Collect or store information about Parlourboard users without their consent.
We recognize that Parlourboard is a space that some users will use to express support or self help. We do not allow promotion of self-injury and we’ll remove it if it’s reported to us.
You may see content that you don’t like but doesn’t violate our community guidelines. If that happens, you can unfollow the person who posted it.
